According to information received by the Hana Organization for Human Rights, on the morning of Saturday, August 29, 2026, five citizens residing in the village of Sardoush, in Marivan County, were detained after security forces came to their homes, and were transferred to undisclosed locations.
The identities of these individuals have been confirmed as Zanyar Tavana Hosseini, Shirzad Abdi, Azad Nowrouzi, Pouya Kakemohammadi, and Zanyar Ghaderi.
According to information received, all five citizens were detained in their own homes. No information is available to date regarding the manner of their detention or their destination.
