Hana’s colleagues in Oshnaoyeh reported; Continuing its destructive actions, the city’s forestry allowed a citizen to cut down a 60-years-old tree, and the tree was eventually cut down.
This willow tree, which was located between the two villages of Suja and Khanlar among the pastures, had a special beauty and became a resort. Unfortunately, in a costly act of destruction by the forestry of Oshnaviyeh city, a citizen from Oshnaviyeh was allowed to cut and sell this tree.
The destruction of the environment by cutting down trees in Kurdistan has increased in recent years, and the silence of government institutions or the issuance of permits by the forestry has become an unanswered question for citizens.
