According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, more than 46 days have passed since the detention of Ahmad Sheikhi, a Kurdish citizen from Dehloran, yet he remains completely out of contact, and his fate is still shrouded in uncertainty.
According to the information received, Mr. Sheikhi was arrested on Sunday, 11 January 2026, by the Dehloran Intelligence Department and transferred to an unknown location.
It should be noted that since his arrest, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for his detention or his current place of custody.
