According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Monday, February 16, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named Koushar Hazrati, originally from Qorveh and residing in Tehran, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to received information, Mr. Hazrati was detained at his private residence without any judicial warrant.
