According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, January 10, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named Faraj Arsan, from Malekshahi County in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to received reports, this civil activist had previously been arrested on April 3, 2024, due to his participation in Nowruz celebrations.
