According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, a citizen identified as Shorsh Sarroti, 28 years old and from Neliwan village in Oshnavieh County, was arrested by IRGC Intelligence forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the received reports, Sarooti was arrested violently by security forces inside his family home.
Additionally, on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, another citizen identified as Seyed Esmail Seyedmahmoudian, 45 years old, married, father of three, and an employee of the Agricultural Jihad Department, from Oshnavieh, was arrested by IRGC Intelligence forces in the city.
It is worth noting that as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for their arrests or their place of detention.
