The Hana Human Rights Organization has been informed that on Sunday, 30 November 2025, a 32-year-old citizen named Soleiman Goli, from Aliabad Yapl village in the Daivandareh district, was arrested by Intelligence Office forces.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Goli was arrested by Intelligence Office forces at his family home without any judicial documentation and was subsequently transferred to an undisclosed location.
Soleiman Goli had previously been arrested by security forces in 2022 and was later released from one of the security detention centers in Sanandaj on bail.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publishing this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
