According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, 13 November 2025, a Kurdish citizen named Farzad (Najm-e Din) Golaban, from Karimabad village in the Targor region and residing in Valandeh Sofla village of Orumiyeh County, was arrested by security forces.
According to an informed source, the security forces detained him without presenting a judicial order and subsequently raided his home, confiscating some of his personal belongings.
The source further added that after his arrest, Golaban was transferred to the detention center of the Orumiyeh Intelligence Department for interrogation and has so far been denied access to a lawyer and family visits.
It should be noted that, at the time of publishing this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or any charges against this Kurdish citizen.
