According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, October 7, 2025, a 24-year-old Kurdish citizen identified as Keyvan Saeedi, son of Mohi al-Din and a resident of Sengan village, a district of Oshnavieh, was arrested by security forces.
According to the received reports, Mr. Saeedi was detained at his home by security agents without a judicial warrant and was taken to an unknown location.
