According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, a Kurdish citizen identified as Hiwa Mohamadi, from the legz Village in Bukan County, was arrested after being summoned by the Intelligence Office and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Hana’s sources reported that Hiwa Mohamadi had also been summoned to the Bukan Intelligence Office last week, where he was interrogated for several hours and had his mobile phone confiscated before being released.
