According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization:
On Sunday, June 29, 2025, a Kurdish citizen identified as Faieq Bastan, originally from the village of Sufi Bala and a resident of Lenjabad village in the Central District of Marivan County, was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Bastan was arrested without a judicial warrant and has been accused of espionage for Israel.
