Hana: In the early hours of Friday, June 27, 2025, Jalal Khodamoradi, a civil rights activist from Sanandaj, was arrested by security forces and taken to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Khodamoradi was arrested at his home by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant, and the arrest was carried out violently.
Hana has learned that during the arrest, security agents confiscated his mobile phone and the hard drive from the home’s CCTV system and took them away.
It is worth noting that this Kurdish civil activist had previously been arrested by security forces on Friday, March 22, 2024, during Nowroz celebrations. He was released after completing interrogation procedures.
