Ali Allahveisi, a former political prisoner, has left Iran

According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, March 29, 2025, Ali Allahveisi, a former political prisoner, was forced to leave the country and migrate abroad due to continuous pressure from the Iranian judiciary and ongoing legal proceedings against him.

During the “Woman, Life, Freedom” movement, Ali Allahveisi was repeatedly summoned and arrested by Iranian security and judicial authorities and faced threats of heavy sentences. These pressures and legal pursuits, along with violations of human rights and individual freedoms, ultimately compelled him to leave Iran to avoid further prosecution and threats, leading to his forced migration.
