According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization from Orumieh prison; Masoud Hajizadeh, a Kurdish political prisoner, started a hunger strike on Tuesday, June 6, 2023, due to the filing of a case against him.
In recent days, the Kurdish political prisoner imprisoned in Orurmieh prison, who was transferred to solitary confinement, has faced a new case.
It should be noted that the authorities of the Islamic Republic of Orurmieh prison have prepared a new case against this political prisoner and sent it to the judicial system of the Islamic Republic with the testimony of several prisoners of dangerous crimes.
