According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization; On Sunday, April 23, 2023, an Afghan refugee was killed by the forces affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps in the village of “Dibak” in the “Aland” district of Khoy.
This informed source added that this Afghan citizen was between 25 and 30 years old, who was killed with multiple stab wounds and his body was wrapped in a blanket and left on the side of the road.
It is necessary to remember that during the past years, people affiliated with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps have repeatedly taken hostages and raped and tortured immigrants who intend to immigrate to European countries.
