According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Sunday, April 16, 2023, Rafiq Salimi, a labor activist from Sanandaj, was accused by the prosecutor “Naqizadeh” of creating illegal groups, acting against security and corruptionon the earth.
Rafiq Salimi was arrested by government forces without a court order on Monday, November 28, 2022, and was transferred to Sanandaj Intelligence Detention Center, then on Wednesday, January 18, 2023, he was transferred to the prison of this city.
It should be noted that during the period of detention, the mentioned person was deprived of any human rights and met his family only once.
