HANA report on the identification of three civilian victims in Divandareh

According to information received by the HANA Human Rights Organization, during the bombardment of an IRGC base in Divandareh on Saturday, March 8, 2026, the base was completely destroyed and leveled. Reports indicate that all military personnel stationed at the base were killed, though HANA is currently unable to confirm the exact number of casualties among them.

During the bombardment, several civilians who were near the site at the time also lost their lives.

So far, HANA has been able to confirm the identities of three civilian victims: Hamid Saeidi, Fereydoun Amini, and Samira Sharifi.

HANA’s investigation team is continuing its efforts to identify other victims.

It should be noted that the HANA Human Rights Organization has consistently urged citizens to avoid approaching military, security, and certain government facilities in order to protect their lives and safety.
