According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, Zilan Kamangar, a Kurdish citizen from Kamyaran, was arrested by agents affiliated with the Ministry of Intelligence without a judicial warrant and was transferred to a security detention facility in Sanandaj.
According to this report, in the early hours of the morning, security agents raided the private residence of this citizen, conducted a thorough search of the house, and confiscated the family members’ mobile phones.
It is worth noting that Zilan Kamangar is the daughter of Hossein Kamangar, a former political prisoner who was released from Sanandaj Central Prison in 2021 after serving three years in prison.
