On Sunday, January 26, 2025, Zagros Rasouli, an environmental activist from Mahabad, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to received reports, Mr. Rasouli was arrested at his workplace by security forces without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
