Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Thursday, 14 January 2026, a 37-year-old Kurdish citizen named Ali Delfrouz, from Eivan County in illam Province, was arrested and transferred to an unknown location following a violent raid by security forces on his private residence, without a judicial warrant.
According to received reports, during the arrest, security forces searched his home and confiscated several of his personal belongings, including his mobile phone and laptop, without a judicial permit.
It should be noted that, as of the publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest, his place of detention, or the charges allegedly brought against this Kurdish citizen.
