According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Thursday, October 30, 2025, forces affiliated with the Ministry of Intelligence raided the family home of Raouf Farokhi in Piranshahr and arrested him along with Vahab Mohammadpour (his uncle and nephew) without presenting any judicial warrant.
According to a family member, during the raid, the security forces broke doors and windows and created an atmosphere of fear and intimidation among the family members.
As of the time of this report, the families of the two citizens have no information about their fate or the exact location of their detention.
It should be noted that Vahab Mohammadpour had previously been arrested during the “Woman, Life, Freedom” uprising, subjected to torture while in detention, and was released after three months in prison upon posting bail.
