According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization; Last Tuesday, November 29, 2022, a wounded and arrested citizen with the identity of “Sardar Qadri”, 36 years old, son of Suleiman, married with two children and from Mahabad, was killed under torture by government agents in Urmia city.
It should be noted that the mentioned person was wounded by two war bullets on the evening of Sunday November 20, 2022. He was arrested at his home on Monday November 21 and was taken to a security detention center in Urmia for questioning.
This informed source added that government forces have demanded 200 million tomans in cash to deliver the body.
