According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, more than three weeks after the arrest of Sina Ghayasi, a citizen from Chavar, a district of illam Province, there is still no information available regarding his fate or place of detention.
Sources informed Hana that this Kurdish citizen was arrested at his father’s home approximately three weeks ago by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant and was transferred to an unknown location.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publishing this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest, the charges brought against him, or his place of detention.
