According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, more than 32 days have passed since the arrest of Ruhollah Sheikhi, a 38-year-old Kurdish citizen from Murmuri, yet his fate and current condition remain unknown.
Based on available information, Mr. Sheikhi was arrested by security forces on 18 January 2026 and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that since the time of his arrest, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for his detention or his place of confinement.
