According to Hana’s colleagues, more than 14 days have passed since the arrest of Arslan Diwargar, a citizen of Divandareh and a resident of Sanandaj, but so far there is no information about his fate and condition.
46-year-old Arslan Diwargar was arrested on September 28, 2023 after being summoned to the intelligence office of Sanandaj and transferred to one of the security detention centers of this city. Until now, his fate is in a state of uncertainty, and this situation has caused serious concern to his relatives.
In a conversation with Hana, an informed source added: "Since his arrest, Mr. Diwargar has been deprived of all his human rights and contact with his family."
It should be mentioned that Arslan Diwargar was arrested earlier on January 7, 2023 after being summoned to the Sanandaj Intelligence Office, and then on Tuesday, February 28, 2023, he was released from prison after posting a heavy bond of one billion tomans.
