As part of the ongoing wave of arrests in illam Province, at least two more citizens were detained by security forces.
According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Mojtaba Mohammadvand, from Abdanan, was arrested by security forces.
Additionally, on Tuesday, 17 February 2026, another citizen, Adeeb Nazari, also from Abdanan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for their arrests, their place of detention, or any possible charges against them.
