The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on the morning of Saturday, 15 November 2025, two Kurdish brothers — Khales Parvizi, 35, married and father of four, and Yousef Parvizi, 42, married and father of two, both from Qanle village in the Qotur area of Khoy — were killed by direct gunfire from the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
According to Hana’s sources, IRGC forces near Almalo village, without any warning or prior notice and merely suspecting the transport of smuggled goods, opened fire directly on the two brothers.
Hana’s sources also reported that the bodies of the two brothers have not yet been returned to their family, and authorities are refusing to provide any information regarding their whereabouts.
