According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Monday, 8 December 2025, two Kurdish civilians identified as Kazem Azdeh and Naser Azaram, residents of Khalifan district in Mahabad, were arrested at their homes by agents of the IRGC Intelligence Organization and taken to an undisclosed location.
Sources told Hana that the security forces entered their homes without presenting any judicial warrant before detaining them.
As of the time of publication, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrests, the men’s whereabouts, or any charges brought against them.
