According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on the evening of Tuesday, October 7, 2025, two Kurdish brothers, Mohsen and Hossein Gardeshi, from Bukan, were arrested by security forces.
According to the received reports, security forces, without presenting any judicial warrant, raided the workplace of Hossein Gardeshi in one of the streets of Bukan, arresting him on the spot. Following his arrest, they stormed his family home, searched the premises, insulted family members, and confiscated several of his personal belongings.
At the same time, another group of security forces raided the home of his brother, Mohsen Gardeshi, also arresting him without a court order.
According to a source familiar with the case, Mohsen and Hossein Gardeshi were transferred to one of the security detention centers in the city of Orumiyeh for interrogation.
As of the time of this report, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for their arrest or the charges brought against them.
