Based on reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Wednesday, 11 February 2026, three brothers named Naser Yadyar, Mousa Yadyar, and Hamzeh Yadyar, all from Bukan, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to the information obtained, security forces arrested Mousa Yadyar and Hamzeh Yadyar in the village of Qermosali, a suburb of Bukan, and Naser Yadyar in the village of Dashband, also in Bukan, without presenting any judicial warrant.
Previously, Rasoul Yadyar, the brother of these three citizens, had been arrested on the evening of Tuesday, 16 December 2025, by security forces of the Intelligence Department, also without a judicial warrant. After completing interrogation procedures at one of the Intelligence Department’s detention facilities in Bukan, he was transferred to Bukan Prison.
It should be noted that, as of the time of publication of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrest or the charges brought against these three Kurdish citizens.
