Hana: In recent days, three labor activists named “Khabat Mahmoudi, Kamal Karimi and Shadman Abdi” from Sanandaj were sentenced to prison by the Revolutionary Court of this city.
Based on the reports received;According to the reports received, the first branch of the Revolutionary Court of Sanandaj, headed by Judge Saeedi, sentenced Khabat Mahmudi to 20 months imprisonment on charges of "collusion against internal and external security, membership in one of the Kurdish parties", Kamal Karimi sentenced to 9 months imprisonment on charges of "membership in a Kurdish opposition party of the Iranian government", And Shadman Abdi has also been sentenced to three years in prison for "organizing illegal groups in Iran, colluding against internal and external security, and being a member of one of the opposition Kurdish parties of the Iranian government."
The sentence issued against Kamal Karimi and Khabhat Mahmudi has been suspended for two years and Shadman Abdi has been suspended for two and a half years.
It should be noted that this three workers activist on Wednesday night "17 May 2023" along with several civil and labor activists in Sanandaj were visiting the families of Hooman Abdollahi father's home.
They were arrested by security agencies and transferred to Sanandaj Security Detention Center for interrogation and were temporarily released on bail after the interrogation process was completed.
