According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Thursday, 18 December 2025, three Kurdish civilians identified as Hassan Ramazani, Bahman Ahmadzadeh, and Salar Ostadahmadi, from the village of Sarchenar in Miandoab County, were arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
The report indicates that the arrests were carried out without a judicial warrant and involved the use of force.
