According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, in recent days, Naser Yadyar, Mousa Yadyar, and Hamzeh Yadyar—three brothers from Bukan—have been temporarily released from the city’s prison after posting bail.
Based on the information obtained, these three citizens were denied access to a lawyer and family visits throughout their detention. Following the completion of their interrogation, they had been transferred from a security detention center to Bukan Prison.
The report indicates that on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, security forces arrested Mousa and Hamzeh Yadyar in Qarmousali village and Naser Yadyar in Dashband village, both located in Bukan, without presenting any judicial warrant.
