The Hana Human Rights Organization has reported that on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, at least two more children—Amirali Lotfi, 15, from Dareh Shahr, and Alireza Nazari, 17, from Asmanabad, both in illam Province—were arrested by security forces.
According to Hana’s sources, Amirali Lotfi was transferred to the illam Juvenile Correction and Rehabilitation Center, while Alireza Nazari was taken to an undisclosed location.
It should be noted that, with these cases, the total number of detained children in illam Province over the past two days has reached four.
