According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, more than two weeks have passed since the arbitrary arrest of a citizen identified as Mostafa Qowsi, from Sawan village in Baneh County. Yet no information has been made available regarding his condition or whereabouts, causing serious concern among his family members.
Mostafa Qowsi, 29 years old, is married and the father of one child.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Qowsi was arrested on November 12, 2025 by security forces on the Piranshahr–Mahabad road without the presentation of any judicial warrant, and was subsequently transferred to an unknown location.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reason for his arrest or the place of his detention.
