According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, at dawn on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, the death sentence of a prisoner identified as Shahram Mirzaei, a resident of Kermanshah, was carried out in Dizelabad Prison of this city.
According to the received information, the prisoner had previously been arrested on charges of “premeditated murder” and was later sentenced to death by the judiciary of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
