According to the Hana Human Rights Organization, between 2 and 5 December 2025, at least ten Kurdish citizens were arrested in the cities of Bukan, Oshnavieh, and Naqadeh by security forces of the Islamic Republic and transferred to undisclosed locations without any notification to their families.
On 2 December 2025, Shahram Najari, from Delu village in Orumiyeh, was arrested by Intelligence forces.
On 3 December 2025, Seyed Esmail Seyed Mahmoudian from Oshnavieh, as well as Hersh Parnia, originally from Naqadeh and residing in Cheshmeh Gol village, were arrested by Intelligence agents affiliated with the IRGC.
On 4 December 2025, Showana Ebrahimi from Alkawi village, Hasan Shadikhah from Singan village, and Shorsh Sarroti from Naliwan village, all in Oshnavieh, were detained by IRGC Intelligence forces and transferred to unknown locations.
On 5 December 2025, Suleiman (Mohammad) Esmaeili, approximately 60 years old and from Amirabad in Bukan, along with Ahmad Zerang from Galulan village, and Diyan Rasoulpour and Diyar Haji Rasoulpour from Bukan, were arrested by security forces.
According to information obtained by Hana, these arrests were carried out without judicial warrants and, in several cases, involved violent raids on the detainees’ homes.
