Based on reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Saturday, 7 February 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Soroush Dabirmanesh, from Bojnord in North Khorasan Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to the information obtained, Mr. Dabirmanesh’s arrest was carried out without any judicial warrant by the security forces.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against this citizen.
