According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization, on Monday, 15 December 2025, a citizen identified as Siamand Esmaili, from Shinabad village, Piranshahr County, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
According to this report, Mr. Esmaili’s arrest was carried out violently and without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
It should be noted that, at the time of preparing this report, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrest or the charges brought against this Kurdish citizen.
