Hana: 20-year-old Siamak Davodi, the son of Mohammad Sadiq and a native of “Dolav” village of Sanandaj, was sentenced to three years of imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court of this city.
According to received reports; On Thursday, January 5, 2023, Siamak Davodi was sentenced to three years in prison without the presence of a lawyer in the first branch of the Sanandaj Revolution Court, presided over by Judge “Saeidi” on the charge of “assembly and collusion with the intention of committing a crime against internal security”.
It should be noted that the sentence of this citizen was communicated to him on Saturday "January 21, 2023".
On Thursday, October 27, 2022, Siamak Davodi was arrested by government forces at his workplace located on Siros Street, and after 80 days, he was temporarily released from Sanandaj Central Prison after posting a heavy bail of 500 million tomans.
