The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Monday, February 2, 2026, a Kurdish citizen named Shahriar Oskouei, a former political prisoner from Sanandaj, was arrested by security agencies and transferred to an unknown location.
Shahriar Oskouei had previously been arrested and convicted.
It should be noted that, as of the time of this report, no information is available regarding the place of detention of this Kurdish citizen.
