According to the reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: on Monday afternoon, January 9, 2023, a citizen with the identity of “Behzad Hakimizadeh”, attorney at law lawyer from Saqqez, was arrested by the government forces without providing a judicial warrant.
This informed source added that a two-month detention order has been issued for this lawyer by the judicial system of the Islamic Republic.
