According to the reports received by Hana’s colleagues: on Sunday, November 20, 2022, a citizen with the identity of “Sasan Pertonuri” from Sanandaj, was temporarily released from the prison of that city by posting a bail of 200 million tomans until the end of the proceedings.
This informed source added that during the period of detention by the security forces to obtain forced confessions, he was severely tortured and as a result of the torture and beating, his whole body was bruised and gray and one of his fingers was also broken.
This citizen was denied access to a lawyer during his detention, and so far no court session has been held for him.
