According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization: on Wednesday, 18 February 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Saman Soleimani, a resident of the village of Haft-Cheshmeh, affiliated with Abdanan, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an unknown location.
Hana has also learned that following this action, serious tensions and clashes erupted between security forces and a number of local residents in the village.
