According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, in the early hours of Wednesday, 10 December 2025, a civilian identified as Saman Ghorbani, 29, from Yaltamar village in Mahabad county, was arrested by agents of the Ministry of Intelligence and taken to an undisclosed location.
The report states that Intelligence Ministry agents raided his home without presenting any judicial warrant and used force during the arrest.
As of the time of publication, no information is available regarding the reasons for the arrest, the charges, or the whereabouts of this Kurdish civilian.
