The Hana Human Rights Organization has learned that on Saturday, 10 January 2026, a citizen named Sajad Hekmat, a resident of Abdanan County in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to received information, Mr. Hekmat’s arrest was carried out without any judicial order.
It should be noted that, despite 29 days having passed since his detention, no information is available regarding the reasons for his arrest, the charges against him, or his current whereabouts.
