According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Sunday, 15 February 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Reza Ferdows-Moqadam, 35 years old and a native of Dareh Shahr in illam Province, was arrested by security forces and transferred to the illam Intelligence Office.
Based on information obtained, Mr. Ferdows-Moqaddam’s arrest was carried out without the presentation of any judicial warrant and was accompanied by physical assault.
