According to information received by the Hana Human Rights Organization, on Tuesday, 16 December 2025, a 30-year-old citizen identified as Rasoul Yadyar was arrested by security forces in Bukan and transferred to an undisclosed location.
Yadyar, who is married, is originally from the village of Gogtappeh Simineh and resides in the village of Nachit, both in Bukan County.
Sources cited by Hana report that the arrest was carried out without the presentation of a judicial warrant.
As of the time of publication, no information has been made available regarding the reasons for his arrest or the charges brought against the Kurdish citizen.
