According to reports received by the Hana Human Rights Organization:
In the early hours of Friday, 6 March 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as Osman Bayzidi, from the village of Bandareh, a rural area of Piranshahr, was arrested by security forces.
According to an informed source, Mr. Bayzidi was arrested around 3:00 a.m. at his private residence by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant and with the use of violence.
The source further stated that after the arrest, security forces transferred him to an undisclosed location, and no information is currently available regarding his whereabouts or condition.
It should also be noted that the efforts of Mr. Bayzidi’s family to obtain information about his fate and situation have so far been unsuccessful.
