According to reports received by Hana Human Rights Organization: On Wednesday, February 4, 2026, a Kurdish citizen identified as “Omid Azizi,” from the village of “Qom Qaleh” in Mahabad, was arrested and transferred to an undisclosed location.
According to Hana’s sources, Mr. Azizi was arrested at his personal residence by security forces without the presentation of any judicial warrant.
